What are the responsibilities and job description for the Document Processor - Forest Lane CDJR position at Forest Lane Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram?
Forest Lane CDJR is looking for an addition to our Finance Department. Interested but not sure you have the experience? No need to worry, we offer training! No experience is required other than attention to detail, accuracy, adaptable communication, ease with technology, self-management, etc.
Assisting with the Finance Department needs such preparation and closing of deals. Primary responsibility will be assisting with paperwork after it has been signed by the customer.
After contracting, responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Ensure all required documents are included in deal packages
- Ensure correct title, lien, and tax information
- Breakdown deals for the Biller
- Prepare and mail deal packages to lenders
- Review documents for compliance
- Assist clients with warranty cancellations
- Scan and file deals once completed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficiency in operating a PC
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding communication in both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently if necessary
- Must be self motivated and present a great attitude with a high-energy personality
- Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
Hours:
- This is a full-time position
- Monday - Saturday from10:00am to 7:00pm
- Off Thursday
Compensation:
- $20-23 an hour based on performance
