Drug Testing Policy

What You'll Be Doing
- Customize Salesforce to align with business needs.
- Design and implement process automation solutions and improve efficiency.
- Provide ongoing user support, troubleshoot issues, and offer training to ensure optimal use of the platform across sales teams.
- Oversee data quality, imports, and exports, ensuring the integrity of Salesforce data.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure successful implementation.
- Manage Salesforce releases, upgrades, and patches, ensuring the environment remains current and operational.
- Manage, configure, and optimize the Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud environment, including user management, security settings, data modeling, and process automation.
- Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for sales teams and leadership.
- Document system configurations, processes, and changes to maintain clarity and consistency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Administration experience, with a strong focus on Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
- Current Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201).
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization leveraging Flows.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and how to align them with Salesforce functionality to drive business results.
- Knowledge of data import/export tools and ensuring data integrity across Salesforce systems.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful Salesforce implementations.
- Experience with Agile Scrum Methodology and use of JIRA.
- Additional certifications such as Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM-301).
- Experience with other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Billing, Experience Cloud).
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations with third-party tools and managed packages (Provar, Gearset, Cloudingo).
