What are the responsibilities and job description for the Volunteer (Coach) position at FOREST MIDDLE?
As a Volunteer with Bedford County Public Schools you'll be aiding in the overall growth of students while contributing in our athletic programs.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the program.
- Cultivate a positive team oriented culture with an expectation of accountability.
- Assist the Head Coach in coordinating community outreach efforts.
- ]]Assist the Head Coach in facility management and upkeep.
- Commitment to student-centered athletics.
- Maintain a positive relationship with the student athlete and his/her family and be accessible for instruction regarding athletic, academic and personal issues.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders, to include but not limited to, Athletic Director, Campus Administration, Faculty/Staff, Parents, Community members and supporting Athletic Booster Club(s) and members.
- Provide service excellence through courteous, informed, accessible and professional engagement.
