What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Tech position at Forest New Albany LP?

On call 24/7 in hotel industry
scheduled 5 days
must be knowledgeable in fire system regulations
must know how to balance and maintain a saltwater pool
must be okay with grounds cleanup and items such as shoveling, salting, keeping grounds and building maintenance
must know how to repair and install PTACs for the ge Zone line
will be required to pm rooms and keep a log of all PMs
must correspond with the Housekeeping Manager regarding PMS
must know light electrical and plumbing
must be organized and friendly with the guests and staff
Pay will be based on experience
a background check and drug screening authorization is required before any offer of employment can be made
