What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager of Individual Giving position at Forest Park Forever Inc?
FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
• Manages Leffingwell Society process and members including solicitation and retention of new and
renewed members, materials, events, etc.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of 150-200 Leffingwell Society donors and prospects.
• Work with the Development Team, Development Committee and Board Members to identify, cultivate,
solicit and steward donors and prospects to meet annual fundraising goals.
• Conduct cultivation and solicitation visits with donors and prospects.
• Provide consistent follow-up post meetings, events, and other activities to secure commitments
or move relationships forward.
• Collaborate with Events Manager on Leffingwell Society events.
• Track and report relationship-management activity using database.
• Manage expenses as budgeted.
• Participate in organizational events and programs that support efforts to meet annual
fundraising goals.
• Other duties as assigned to meet organizational goals.
