Activities Aide Responsibilities :
Assist in planning and leading recreational activities that promote social, physical, and emotional well-being.
Engage residents in meaningful programs, including games, crafts, music, and outings.
Help prepare activity materials and ensure a fun, safe environment.
Build positive relationships with residents and contribute to their overall happiness.
Activities Aide Qualifications :
A passion for working with seniors and providing excellent care.
Creativity, energy, and a friendly demeanor.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Prior experience in activities or recreation.
