Painter/Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities:
Perform painting and general maintenance duties throughout the facility, including interior and exterior areas.
Assist in the repair and upkeep of building systems and equipment.
Ensure that all work complies with safety regulations and facility standards.
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
Work closely with the maintenance team to identify and address potential issues before they become problems.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained.
Painter/Maintenance Assistant Qualifications:
Prior experience in painting, maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of maintenance techniques and safety procedures.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and working with tools.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Must be reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in maintenance or related field is a plus.
