Receptionist Responsibilities:
Greet and direct visitors, residents, and staff with a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Provide support to other departments as needed, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Assist residents and families with inquiries or concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
Receptionist Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse individuals.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
Compassionate and friendly demeanor.
Basic computer skills (knowledge of office software and phone systems).
