What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grounds Keeper position at Forest Properties Manag?
We are seeking a part-time Grounds Keeper for our Apartment Community. The ideal candidate should be organized, skilled and attention to detail.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Inspect common areas and grounds to monitor the appearance, cleanliness, maintenance, attractiveness, and safety of the property.
- Ensure each assigned work order request is completed on a timely basis; request assistance as needed; report all problems, delays, etc.
- Coordinate daily activities by giving progress updates, communicate frequently with operations staff on daily activities and perform any tasks within the area of grounds.
- Maintain courteous helpful demeanor with residents, prospective residents, co-workers, vendors, etc.
- Perform all duties related to grounds upkeep and some cleaning. All entry level.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor.
- On-call for after business hours
- Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartments.
