What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Client Service Coordinator position at Forest Ridge Veterinary Hospital?
In the role of Part-Time Client Service Coordinator, you will be essential in fostering strong customer relationships and delivering outstanding service to our clients. A successful candidate will have good communication skills both on and off the phone in a busy office setting. Must be comfortable, skillful, and compassionate when speaking with clients about sensitive topics, such as financial issues, euthanasia/ grief, and other challenges presented when working with the public. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: checking in patients; answering phones; managing appointments; maintaining thorough and accurate records of the various forms of payments received and client interactions; phone, email, text, fax and in-person communications; cloud-based record-keeping & software; and light cleaning. Experience in the Veterinary field is preferred but consideration will be given to those with prior customer service experience. Must be comfortable with cats and dogs.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 23 – 25 per week
