Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the execution of a variety of marketing activities such as projects, campaigns, and events while operating within a deadline driven environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist with marketing strategies for projects, including brand websites, social media, and new product launches.
• Help with marketing campaigns and initiatives that generate market awareness of the brand and ultimately create customer engagement, generate qualified leads, and drive sales.
• Work closely with the sales teams to understand the needs of dealers and customers, developing marketing and sales tools to meet these needs.
• Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and approval processes and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Assist with creating messaging and content for the creation of tradeshows, webinars, email campaigns, sales literature, e-newsletters, social media, sales presentations, video, digital advertising, press releases, and recruiting efforts.
• Assist with coordination of tradeshows, roadshows, and other events.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Previous experience in a marketing role is preferred.
• Experience in B-to-B marketing a plus.
• Proficient with high quality photography and videography.
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop or similar photo-editing software.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs.
• Self-starter with personal initiative and drive.
• Some travel may be required.
Work Environment/Conditions:
• Office work environment, production floor as needed.
• Personal protective equipment required while on plant floor:
o Safety glasses
o Hearing protection
o Safety-toed shoes
