Forest River, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Corporate Communications Manager to lead our enterprise-wide communications strategy and manage the social media team supporting our portfolio of industry-leading brands. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the entire organization.
🚀 What You’ll Do:
Corporate Communications
- Lead internal and external communication strategies to support our brand reputation and business goals.
- Draft executive messaging, press releases, crisis communications, and company announcements.
- Serve as the primary liaison for media inquiries and corporate PR.
- Partner with internal teams (HR, Legal, Marketing, Operations) on key messaging and initiatives.
- Elevate our employer brand through strategic internal campaigns.
Social Media Leadership
- Lead a team of social media managers across Forest River’s divisions.
- Oversee use of social media platform tools for posting and analytics.
- Deploy brand-aligned social media strategies and content guidelines.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy.
- Lead enterprise-level social campaigns and executive social media presence.
✅ What You Bring:
- 3 years in corporate communications, PR, or marketing communications.
- 1 years managing a team or cross-functional projects.
- Stellar writing and editing skills.
- A strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools.
- Experience in reputation management and crisis communications a plus.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute quickly and thoughtfully.
