- Check the quality of work in progress from one end of the shop to the other.
- This is a very important position to the shop.
- Applicant will be inspecting the prep work in out prep department –the paint work in out paint department—and the final product in final.
- Experience is not a requirement for this position.
- The applicant must have an eye for detail and care more about quality than speed.
- The basic understanding of how to paint an RV is handy but not a deal breaker.
- This position requires an extremely good attendance.
