- Work directly with recreational vehicle dealerships to identify their service technician training needs and provide them with the needed training.
- Travel is required.
- High level of technical knowledge as it relates to Recreational Vehicles.
- Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement
- Excellent ability to build relationship with dealers and technicians
- Ability to work with minimum direction and supervision
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and Knowledge in RV manufacturing processes
- Ability to present data and ideas in a clear concise manner
