Forestar Group is currently looking for a Land Development Administrator. The right candidate will assist development operation teams providing support for the acquisition, development, lot closing and HOA processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide general clerical assistance and assist with maintaining files and databases
- Prepare presentations, special reports, memorandums, proposals and correspondence as needed
- Organize and maintain land/lot contracts from feasibility through closing
- Facilitate the process for contact executions and distribution to necessary parties
- Facilitate the process for plat and permit executions
- Maintain status/critical date reports to ensure all deadlines are met
- Compile, maintain and run reports as requested
- Work on projects as delegated to assist with duties such as title review, escrow responsibilities, HOA templates, HOA monthly/quarterly/annual reports and documentation support, review of environmental studies, market studies, surveys, etc.
- Assist with and/or serve on HOA Architecture Review Committees as needed
- Organize and maintain daily correspondence as needed
- Assist with office equipment and supplies to ensure that the team operates efficiently
- Available to assist scheduling appointments and meetings as needed
- Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
- Ability to work overtime
- Ability to travel overnight
- Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- Two to five years related experience in real estate acquisitions and/or development
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via FOR applications
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
