Job Summary:
Leads and oversees a comprehensive educational assessment to support the agencies mission and initiatives. Reviews, analyzes and interprets survey data as well as academic and administrative documents. Coordinates with agency staff to ensure all youth are connected and receiving appropriate academic supports and services.
Salary Range:
Bachelors - $27.47/hr - $28.57/hr
Bachelors (Bilingual)- $28.57/hr - $29.67/hr
Masters - $28.02/hr - $31.59/hr
Masters (Bilingual) - $29.12/hr - $32.69/hr
Masters (Bilingual & License) $31.32/hr - $35.43/hr
Major Responsibilities:
- Oversee and obtain documents provided by agency staff such as: report cards, attendance, scores, IEPs etc.
- Analyze surveys and provide data interpretation summaries.
- Report identifiable challenges to learning or other barriers observed in outcomes.
- Provide outcome summaries to all necessary staff/families.
- Collaborate with staff and or families to decide next steps and to address observed issues or challenges found.
- Organize all data and documentation into folders.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience working within the non-for-profit sector.
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data collection.
- Knowledge of data interpretation.
- Strong time-management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Compliance with required background checks.
- Basic office skills (Knowledge of Microsoft, Excel, PDF programs etc.)
- Ability to work in a group and or take direction (Attend meetings, co-create documents, communicate findings and or share information)
