Job Summary :
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing various HR-related duties and
works closely with senior management. This position carries out responsibilities in the
following functional areas : benefits administration, employee relations, performance
management, onboarding, training, policy implementation, and
employment law compliance. S / he will work autonomously in partnership with the HR Director.
Salary :
65,000 - $75,000 – dependent on education, experience and proficiency in another language
Essential Functions :
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory
training, ex. Anti-harassment training and Core Training.
including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters;
disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity,
recognition, and morale; and training and development.
