Job Summary: *
Forestdale Preventive Services is implementing the Solution-Based Casework model in four of our Preventive programs. The SBC Coach will work in collaboration with program leadership to ensure that staff have the support they need to learn and consistently practice the skills and concepts associated with the SBC model. The SBC Coach will become certified in the SBC model as a trainer/coach through the model developer’s certification process. They will be responsible for scheduling and conducting group trainings for newly-hired staff and then supporting those staff through the SBC certification process. They will collaborate with the Quality Improvement staff and Preventive Services leadership to ensure the consistent delivery of the SBC model with fidelity across all programs.

Major Responsibilities/Activities*
- If not already, become trained in the SBC model and achieve certification as an SBC trainer;
- Schedule SBC trainings, prepare materials and rooms for staff trainings
- Coordinate SBC Implementation Team meetings and activities in collaboration with program leadership
- Manage and monitor progress within the SBC Implementation website
- Disseminate periodic fidelity reports with program leadership
- Collaborate with SBC model developer and QA/QI staff in developing tools to measure effectiveness of training programs and model fidelity
- Assist in internal and inter-agency communications regarding sharing best practices across programs
- Report regularly to the program leadership team regarding implementation efforts and plans
- Attend meetings with other providers implementing SBC, to ensure consistency across agencies
- Travel to program sites as required

Minimum Requirements*
- Master's degree in social work or related discipline preferred
- Experience with child welfare casework, preventive services experience preferred
- At least 1-2 years’ experience training social services staff in casework practice or treatment models
