Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices in a timely manner to ensure accurate financial records.
- Generate vendor payments via check or electronic funds transfer.
- Manage vendor relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist in monthly reconciliations of accounts payable.
- Prepare and maintain A/P reports and recordkeeping.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to get along with employees and work as part of the team.
