- Willing to participate in ALL4Zero Safety Program.
- Moving of raw materials from storage areas into feed hoppers as directed by plant supervisor or team leader.
- Must be able to distinguish various raw materials to avoid any cross-contamination.
- Locate product safely and efficiently.
- Must be able to read and understand various paperwork to accurately move various types of product and materials throughout the facility.
- Must be able to safely operate front-end loader, forklift, and dump trucks.
- Must complete a daily operator’s checklist on the loader to which the operator is assigned.
- Able to work at heights, heavy lifting, capable of wearing a respirator, hardhat, and safety glasses.
- Responsible for notifying supervisor with safety issues.
- Responsible for notifying supervisor of forklift operating issues, product storage issues, inventory restock issues, and inventory variances.
- Responsible for housekeeping at the unloading areas, plant receiving areas, and all associated grounds.
- Have basic knowledge and understanding of unloading information.
- Ability to work well with teams and alone.
- Inspect facility for maintenance issues; keep area clean and well maintained.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be willing to work weekends as needed.
