The Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven sales professional with a strong background in selling POS systems, restaurant technology, or delivery platforms like Square, Toast, or DoorDash. Your mission will be to generate new business, cultivate relationships with restaurant owners, and promote the revolutionary solutions offered by Eva AI.
What You'll Do
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with both independent and multi-location restaurants.
- Manage the complete sales process: from prospecting and conducting demos to negotiations and onboarding.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine our messaging and sales strategy.
- Provide critical market insights to influence the development of Eva AI's product roadmap.
- Consistently exceed quarterly sales targets (with uncapped commissions and bonus accelerators!).
- Proven Sales Professional: At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within a POS or restaurant technology company (such as Square, Toast, or Clover).
- Industry Savvy: Deep understanding of the restaurant industry's challenges and effective communication with owners and managers.
- Startup Enthusiast: Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a self-starting attitude and a good sense of humor.
- Effective Communicator: Able to convey technical features as appealing, customer-focused benefits.
- Aspiring Leader: Ambitious, open to coaching, and eager to develop into a leadership position.
