Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our sales staff, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, and assisting with order entry and supporting the day to day sales operation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with generating quotes, and follow-up on potential opportunities, and closing sales.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Collaborate with the sales team
- Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings and organizing documentation and overseeing sample program.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Experience
- Previous experience in inside sales or direct sales is desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
