Job Summary:
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for entering and managing data related to the company's porta potty and hauling operations. This includes customer profile and contact information, categories and percentages of waste, refuse, and/or debris collected, and other related information. This role ensures that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and organized to support efficient business operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy are required.
Key Responsibilities:
· Data Entry: Accurately input data including customer profile and contact information, categories and percentages of waste, refuse, and/or debris collected, and other related information.
· Inventory Management: Update and maintain records for hauling equipment, vehicles, and materials, ensuring accurate inventory tracking.
· Report Generation: Compile and generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports based on operational data and performance metrics.
· Record Maintenance: Organize and file both electronic and paper records, ensuring that documents are easily retrievable and well-maintained.
· Data Verification: Review data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with relevant teams or departments.
· Customer Service Support: Provide accurate data to customer service teams, assisting them with order inquiries, deliveries, and billing questions.
· Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or data management is a plus.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Experience in the sanitation or waste management industry is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
