Landscape Laborer/Foreman

Awesome Company to work for looking for hard-working creative people! We work with the area's best architects and builders on High-End Residential and get to build some pretty amazing projects. We currently employ around 30 full-time to seasonal employees, most have been with us for five years or more and many over 10 years. We are looking for EXPERIENCED Landscapers, Equipment Operators (if you can do manual labor as well), and Experienced Dump Truck/Semi Truck Drivers.

The Landscape positions require someone with (REAL WORKING) Landscape Experience. They should be familiar with some aspects of landscaping including sprinkler systems, stonework, tree planting, grading, and drainage. We are hiring for different levels of experience from Foreman to Laborer!

The Operator positions require someone with experience in Skid Steers, Excavators, Front End Loaders, Large Trucks, and Trailers and are willing to learn how to landscape. We are looking for an operator that is willing to get out of a machine as much as needed to help the crew do any number of landscaping duties! Ideally, this candidate has a CDL but it is not a deal-breaker.

The truck Driver Position requires someone with Valid CDL licenses and lots of experience in Heavy Duty trucks. We operate two 18 speed Kenworths, one a dump truck and one a semi. The employee needs to have experience driving in the mountains with heavy loads. Ideally, the candidate can operate heavy equipment too but it is not a deal-breaker.
