What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hardscape Landscape Foreman position at Forever Green Maintenance, INC?
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Daily Operations: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of construction and landscaping crew, ensuring strict adherence to project timelines, specifications, and safety protocols.
- Provide Hands-on Leadership: Lead by example, offering direction and support to crew members while maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Job Site Inspections: Regularly inspect job sites to monitor progress, ensure safety standards are met, and uphold quality control procedures.
- Crew Training & Mentorship: Train and mentor crew members on construction and landscaping techniques, safety practices, and equipment usage to ensure efficient and effective job performance.
- Project Communication: Maintain open communication with project managers, providing updates on progress, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues that arise during project execution.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges, promoting a positive, cooperative work environment for all team members.
- Project Meetings & Reporting: Actively participate in project meetings, offering updates on crew performance, project status, and any concerns or adjustments required to maintain project schedules and quality.
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in a foreman role
- 4 Years of experience in landscape construction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
