ABOUT THIS ROLE:
Working hours are project-driven and may vary between 8, 10, and 12-hour days to ensure timely completion.
As our Artificial Turf Installation Crew Lead, your leadership will be the key to maintaining a safe, productive, and high-quality job site. Each day, you'll ensure smooth project execution by managing the installation crew, keeping operations efficient and on schedule. You'll be responsible for driving a truck and trailer to job sites across Indiana, ensuring all necessary tools and materials arrive safely. Communication will be a key part of your role, as you'll interact with general contractors, clients, and stakeholders to keep projects running seamlessly. You'll be the face of ForeverLawn, ensuring professionalism at all times while overseeing every detail of the project-from layout and installation to final quality checks.
Here's what we need from you:
- Experience managing others
- Proficiency in operating power tools, heavy machinery, and towing trailers
- Valid driver's license
Being bilingual in both English and Spanish would be a plus! Our ideal Artificial Turf Installation Crew Lead is also not opposed to travel.
