WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A SYNTHETIC TURF PROJECT MANAGER

• Strong speaking and listening skills
• Ability to maintain professional relationships
• Ability to meet project deadlines with ease and composure
• Technical skills to interpret construction methods, contracts, and technical drawings
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA guidelines, equipment, construction procedures, and hydraulic or electrical systems

An associate's degree in the construction industry or at least three years of experience in a leadership role such as foreman, crew lead, or similar is preferred.

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR SYNTHETIC TURF PROJECT MANAGER

This role follows a full-time, Monday through Thursday schedule from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with Fridays off or available for overtime. Each morning, you'll report to our central location in Comstock Park before heading out to job sites across the state.

As the Lawn Project Manager, you'll start your day by coordinating the crew's schedule, overseeing material deliveries, and preparing each project site for the day ahead. You will lead a skilled team through each step of the installation process-mentoring on quality standards as you go. From carefully unloading and preparing materials to seaming, gluing, cutting, and positioning synthetic turf, you'll ensure that each detail meets our high standards. Safety will always be a top priority, so you'll train and oversee safe equipment use and promptly report any incidents. You'll also report project progress to supervisors and engineers, solving challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
