Job Summary:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receiving inbound customer service calls
- Responding professionally and attentively to incoming calls
- Checking on order status, including tracking information
- Processing orders to manufacturers
- Product research
- Taking/processing customer payments
- Handling customer issues
- Maintaining well written notes and sending emails through the CRM, Google Sheets, and gmail
- Meeting customer satisfaction excellence
- Providing technical/product support including installation knowledge
- Handling freight claims
- Processing customer orders through CRM
- Additional duties as assigned by management
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Additional experience as Administrative Assistant or related position is a plus
- Ability to read architectural drawings is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Sit for long periods of time
- Wear headset
