Job Description: Fast Partitions is a growing, family-owned company searching for a high-energy and enthusiastic individual to join our tight-knit inside sales team! As a Fast Partitions Inside Sales Representative, you will consult with and design custom commercial washroom layouts for contractors, designers, architects, facilities managers, and owners using our website and online ordering system. You will represent a best-of-breed lineup of manufacturers. Industry knowledge is optional. We're looking for someone who is a proven sales leader, a team player, has strong phone and computer skills, and is eager to close business. NO COLD CALLS! Our comprehensive training program will set you up for rapid success.

Responsibilities:
- Making warm outbound sales calls to customers who have built quotes on our online website
- Responding to incoming sales calls, emails, texts, and chatter
- Insure a positive and high-quality customer-experience through all interactions
- Review and revise quotes
- Completing customer transactions
- Meeting date specific sales objectives
- Provide customer experience excellence
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using and driving best practice CRM usage
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize workload
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Demonstrated sales management experience preferably in a call center setting
- Ability to read architectural drawings
- Active closer and leader by example – budget-carrying sales manager
- Clear, professional communication (verbal and written)
- Accountable and committed to delivering on company sales goals
