Job Summary:
The Sales Development Representative plays a crucial role in assisting our Sales team by ensuring seamless customer interactions and efficient sales processes. This position is a blend of sales and customer support, focused on making warm outbound calls, following up with potential and existing customers, and facilitating smooth transactions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused, working closely with Sales Representatives and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Making outbound warm sales calls when needed
- Ensuring a positive, high quality customer experience through professional and friendly interactions
- Reviewing and revising customer quotes
- Communicating with Sales agents and other departments to ensure customers’ needs are met expeditiously
- Assist with sales transactions at all stages, to provide correct pricing and solutions
- Troubleshoot customer issues, and offer effective solutions using available products
Skills/Experience:
- Experience using a CRM system to track and manage customer interactions
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Clear, professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- A history of reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Use a headset to communicate verbally by phone
