Forge Resources Group, a leader in custom forgings, is looking for a CNC Machine Operator at our Dekalb, IL location. FRG produces steel solutions for a variety of industries through forging, hot forming, and fabrication.
Key Responsibilities :
- Machine setup, start up, operation and tear down
- Secure all tooling, replace broken or worn tooling
- File, grind, and adjust parts to fit properly
- Diagnose operating difficulties and make adjustmentsI
- Inspect dies for proper dimensions and defects
- Complete necessary job-related paperwork to include tags, inspection documents, and production log
- Maintain cleanliness, safety and quality standards
