We are partnering with a leading company to find an Operations & Asset Recovery Manager. This role is essential for developing and executing strategies for retrievals while building and managing an internal team and external contractor network.
This is an on-site position in Greenville, SC.
Responsibilities
- Approve expenses related to retrievals, such as knock fees and recovery costs, while working closely with dealers and the inventory asset management team to streamline the resale process.
- Ensure retrieval costs remain within budget and manage fees for dealers and contractors.
- Build and manage a network of contractors.
- Recruit, train, and oversee a team of specialists to implement retrieval strategies effectively.
- Evaluate accounts for legal transfer to ensure adequate effort has been made to recover assets and protect company interests.
- Implement strategies to reduce losses from fraud, coordinating expedited pickups when needed.
- Prepare regular reports for management on performance metrics, team updates, and outstanding issues.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive strategic decision-making.
- Effective leadership abilities with proven team management experience.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage concurrent projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for data presentation and reporting.
- Capable of adapting to fast-paced, evolving environments and priorities.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing installation crews.
- Established a network of contractors in at least one region to accelerate national network development.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
