We are working on an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager to join a dynamic and fast-growing company backed by leading Private Equity investors in Greenville, SC.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established Quality Leader to build and implement quality systems from the ground up. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in quality management systems (QMS), compliance, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
This is an onsite role in Greenville, SC.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control processes, policies, and standards aligned with industry regulations and company goals.
- Conduct internal audits, inspections, and testing to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AISC standards, and other industry regulations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen.
- Oversee supplier and vendor quality to maintain consistency in raw materials and services.
- Analyze customer feedback, complaints, and returns, implementing corrective actions to improve quality.
- Train employees in quality standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) to address product failures or process inefficiencies.
- Utilize quality metrics and data analytics to track trends, report performance, and drive decision-making.
- Align the Quality department with a Management Operating Structure, ensuring business continuity and efficiency.
