As a sales representative, your role is focused almost entirely on warm inbound leads —companies that have already expressed interest and filled out a form to learn more. These are businesses that are actively searching for elevated, high-quality custom apparel , and your job is to build relationships, guide them through our process, and close deals.

What You’ll Do :
Follow up with warm inbound leads via phone and email —every lead you contact has already shown interest and is waiting for more details.
Build relationships with businesses and organizations , helping them design the perfect apparel for their sales teams, trade shows, executive gifts, and customer giveaways.
Act as a trusted consultant —educate customers on fabric options, design possibilities, and how our apparel can elevate their brand presence.
Guide customers through the sales process , ensuring they have a seamless, enjoyable experience from first contact to final delivery.
Use HubSpot CRM to track all communications, follow-ups, and deal progress, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
Coordinate with our suppliers to produce and deliver the final product , ensuring everything meets the customer’s expectations.
Confirm order details and logistics , including delivery dates, shipping addresses, and final approvals.
