Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Duties:
- Conduct a variety of socially significant patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide the highest quality of behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Train RBTs on BIPs and skill acquisition goals and monitor the progress of patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness
- Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals involved in patient care
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in applied behavior analysis
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Experience in data collection and analysis for treatment evaluation
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Experience in special education or related field is preferred
