What are the responsibilities and job description for the Expo position at Fork & Knife Entertainment?
The Vision behind the idea of the truck was to be able to extend our hospitality beyond our original
location at 92nd St, and to continue to provide a fun, welcoming atmosphere that set us apart from all
other ice cream shops while carrying the values everywhere we go: Hospitality, Integrity, Respect and
Happiness
At Every Stop We set colorful chairs, cones, music and of course our ice cream truck to create
unforgettable moments filled with joy, fun and of course RAINBOW CONES!
This Mission can only be accomplished by leaders and team members that can work hard and
understand our vision and being courteous with guest and each other
Ice Cream Scooper Duties and Responsibilities
•Track the customer orders and expedite in an organize way
•Communicate with scoopers when there are any special orders (Allergies)
•Assist on Scooping when necessary
•Restock ice cream flavors in display tubs
•Restock bowls, cones, behind the counter
•Restock napkins and spoons for customers
•Wipe down surfaces in between customers
•Assist with other tasks as needed
