Forklifts NH is a growing business seeking a dedicated office manager with a strong accounting aptitude to support principals and department managers.
OFFICE MANAGEMENT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Detailed recording and processing of equipment acquisitions and sales
· Independent and team special projects relating to the business as directed
· Records management and data entry of various files for customers, vendors etc...
· Oversight of business accounts: insurance, software, marketing, ordering etc…
. Asset management including backup of paper and electronic information
FINANCIAL
· Inventory and floor plan management
· General ledger entry and account reconciliations
. Bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts receivable and payable
· Generating reports and year-end tax organization
HUMAN RESOURCES
· Payroll, benefits management, employee onboarding and hiring assistance
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
· Business aptitude and sound judgment to manage a diversified confidential workload
· Excellent time management abilities to multi-task and prioritize work
· Detail-oriented with organization and dedication to complete projects in a timely manner
· Responsive to regular requests from coworkers and vendors to meet tight deadlines
· Courteous customer service skills involving phone support
HIRING REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERENCES
· Associates degree in business, finance or related field, OR a minimum of 3 years of an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
· Advanced bookkeeping software experience. QuickBooks online preferred
· Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel
