Concrete Foreman (YEAR ROUND WORK)

Forks Lath & Plaster (FLP) is currently seeking a motivated individual to join our leadership team. We are looking for a Concrete Foreman to lead our concrete crew on the project sites. The Concrete Foreman will lead and supervise a crew of concrete laborers, ensuring that all concrete construction projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with project managers, contractors/subcontractors, and laborers to ensure the effective execution of concrete pouring, finishing, and other related tasks. The Concrete Foreman will assist with concrete pouring, finishing, and other related tasks, as needed.

Applicants must have/possess:

• High physical capacity/able to lift 50 lbs
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Driver’s license and reliable means of transportation
• Clear background screen
• Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry (required)
