Job description
Form 10 Group is an IT company based in Tampa, FL; looking for IT Field Service Technicians to diagnose and repair computers, cameras, biometric scanners, printers and signature pads in state government offices throughout the Los Angeles & Inland empire area.
Suitable technicians should have at least 3 years’ experience in IT field service responding to break/fix service tickets in the field, have reliable transportation, great customer service skills and knowledge of troubleshooting.
Job Type: On-call/ part time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
Technicians must be able to travel, respond to and resolve assigned tickets within the provided SLA time. Coverage hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Requirements:
· Experience working with IT equipment.
· Extensive PC hardware experience.
. Experience with equipment installed in enterprise environment.
· Proficiency in Windows 10, including troubleshooting ability.
· Other helpful knowledge areas include Active Directory, Hard Drive Imaging, and Network Management.
· A Certifications or equivalent are preferred.
· Excellent customer service skills are required.
· Ability to submit accurate and complete inventories and reporting.
· Ability to carry up to 50 pounds.
. Familiarity with basic tools
. Extensive background check.
Mandatory items also include:
. Sole US citizenship (dual citizenship does not meet requirement)
. A valid U.S. Driver's License and good driving record.
