Job description
Form 10 Group is looking for a part-time 1099 contractor for the IT Field Service Technician. This role will diagnose and repair computer kiosks in government offices throughout the county. We are looking for technicians to cover field service for Lee, Collier and Charlotte Counties.
The suitable technicians should have experience with IT equipment in a field position, have reliable transportation, great customer service skills and knowledge of troubleshooting.
The technician must have extensive PC hardware experience and Windows 10 knowledge. Other knowledge areas include Active Directory, Hard Drive Imaging, and Network Management.
