What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Recruiting Associate position at Form 10 Group?
We are a dynamic, veteran-owned IT services company based in Tampa, FL and are looking for a Junior Recruiting Associate to join our team!
The primary purpose of this role is to quickly and effectively source technically qualified staff to support our IT programs, deployments, and field services performed throughout the country. This role is on-site at our office, Monday-Friday.

Description of responsibilities:
· Preparing and posting job ads to externally source candidates on various platforms (really, LinkedIn, etc.).
· Actively screen resumes and candidates via phone/video to assess work experience and skills.
· Schedule interviews with prospective applicants through video conference meetings or in person.
· Organize the onboarding background check, certifications, and necessary documentation requirements for candidates to ensure project clearance requirements are met.
· Update staffing rosters weekly and communicate any contingencies to management.
· Works closely with project management and workforce operations team to ensure appropriate staffing levels and target hiring locations for upcoming projects and deployments.
· Assist with state background check processes as required.
· Organize travel arrangements for technicians in the field, ranging from airfare, hotel stays, and rental vehicles per company process and procedure.
· Ensure communication with candidates at every step of the recruiting and onboarding process.
· Communicate staffing level deficiencies to appropriate stakeholders timely; in partnership with stakeholders, formulate contingency plans to ensure staffing levels remain at appropriate levels.
· Other duties as assigned or requested.
Required experience and skills:
· College degree preferred but not required.
· Minimum of one year of relevant work experience or related experience.
· Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear and concise directions, instructions, and persuasion through email and phone.
· Comfortable conducting video interviews and phone screens daily.
· Ability to accurately multitask between job roles and responsibilities.
· Proficiency in all MS Office applications to include Outlook, Excel, MS Word, and Teams.
· Excellent communication and language skills with the ability to write clearly and concisely.
· Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively with stakeholders and establish a positive rapport.
Pay: $22/hour
