Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project activities using tools such as Basecamp and Confluence to ensure effective communication among team members.
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively, utilizing time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Implement project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Kaizen, to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on status, risks, and issues.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate project goals and progress.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Experience
- Proven experience in project management with a focus on scope management and project coordination.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Basecamp and Confluence is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with Waterfall methodology is essential; knowledge of Agile practices is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to apply Kaizen principles for continuous improvement in project execution.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in all aspects of project planning and execution.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $108,176.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
