Job Summary:
Form and Fitness is seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Massage Therapist, you will provide high-quality massage therapy services to our members, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, pain management, and overall well-being. You will have the opportunity to build a client base within our established member network and contribute to a comprehensive wellness experience at our facility.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and therapeutic massage services to clients, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and trigger point therapy.
- Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and preferences, review health history, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all clients.
- Adhere to all professional standards and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with other fitness professionals within Form and Fitness to provide integrated wellness solutions for members.
- Promote massage therapy services to gym members through various communication channels.
- Manage appointment scheduling and payment processing efficiently.
- Maintain a valid and current massage therapy license in the state of WI.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Valid and current Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) certification in the state of Wisconsin.
- Proven experience providing a variety of massage modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Experience working in a fitness or wellness environment is a plus.
