Role Description
Form Energy is hiring a Supervisor to develop and lead our production warehousing operation. Reporting into our Associate Manager of Production Warehousing, you will be part of our Production Warehousing team and will contribute to the ground up build of all physical material flows in collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality teams. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and be part of the growth of a fast-moving company with breakthrough technology and an incredible mission!
This opportunity is based out of Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV. Relocation assistance is available.

What You'll Do
- Supervise a team of production warehousing associates in our Weirton, WV location
- Coordinate with our process engineering team to develop, train and mentor your team with the latest process advancements
- Continuously improve inbound and lineside delivery processes to support ramping throughput
- Manage product transfers to and from the main plant and other satellite production locations
- Drive month over month productivity improvements and report out to leadership on a monthly basis
- Be a culture champion that creates a uniform employee experience across all shift schedules
- 1-3 years of experience in distribution or warehousing operations or packaging engineering
- Demonstrated experience in leading production warehousing operations
- Proven experience as a people leader
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain or relevant experience
