Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented PVD Coating Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PVD processes, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality coatings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain PVD coating equipment and machinery.
• Prepare and load substrates for coating processes.
• Monitor and adjust machine parameters to ensure optimal coating quality.
• Conduct routine inspections of coated products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Document process parameters and results accurately.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the coating process.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Previous experience in PVD coating or similar manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Proficient in using basic hand tools and measuring instruments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
