QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: Considered for This Position
Ø 1-3- years of experience or Enrolled in College seeking a Financial Degree
Ø Mature people/customer service skills
Ø Detail oriented
Ø Bachelors, Associates Degree or if in college working towards a Financial Degree

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
What This Position Is Uniquely Responsible For
· Assisting the Client Service Team in preparation for appointments
· Answering phones and assisting with receptionist duties as needed
· Client Services/Concierge Assistant
· Assist with Salesforce (Financial Service Cloud) data entry – updating and organizing profiles
· Assisting with back-office operations
· Assist with Mass mailings
· Compliance assistance
· General office duties
· Understanding the on-boarding process of an employee
· Understanding the on-boarding process of a client
· Improving the client experience through assisting with updating the policies and procedures manual
· Understanding the Raymond James industry process.
· Understanding the stages of life to educate themselves on the needs of a client
· Understand the transition of clients into retirement and the need changes associated with the changes
· Gain a general understanding of the firm’s philosophy and how they conduct business
· Participate in annual client meetings (4 call process. Annual, money call, 2 touch in calls)
· Document annual meeting client meeting notes in client Life Plan in FSC
· Begin continuing education process by preparing for SIE exam
· Prepare FORM Wealth Advisor perspectives weekly industry informational and share with the team
