Senior Manager, Visual MerchandisingWe are a dynamic, forward-thinking beauty brand that thrives at the intersection of beauty and digital innovation. Dedicated to empowering self-expression and beauty through our high-quality, accessible products.Summary of Position : The Senior Manager of Visual Merchandising is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of visual merchandising initiatives for specific distribution channels. This includes developing and implementing strategies for temporary merchandising, permanent fixtures, and presentations that align with the marketing goals for new product launches, core product promotions, and temporary or seasonal initiatives.Principle Accountabilities : Partner with the VP of Visual Merchandising to lead visual merchandising initiatives & processes for select Morphe wholesale partners.Develop strong cross-functional relationships with internal and external business partners to align support for visual merchandising and brand initiatives.Manage and oversee the design and execution of new product updates for open sell fixturing and develop visual merchandising strategies for new product launches, temporary promotional initiatives, and seasonal programs.Partner with brand, wholesale team, and corporate VM partners to develop solutions for optimizing assortment to maximize presentation and sell-through.Create innovative and compelling promotional units that support company initiatives and business objectives.Participate in cross-functional collaboration with brand, marketing, packaging, and VM project manager to ensure visual initiatives are accurately represented and executed within mandated timelines.Manage and oversee the production and implementation of visual directives and communication updates for select business channels.Identify & ideate new fixture design and creative display opportunities as needed.Manage database to reflect current launch updates, promotional initiatives, and external pop-up design and directives.Partner with VM Senior Project Manager to ensure deadlines are adhered to, and VM elements are implemented according to launch mandates.Manage the creation of all visual communications for the account, including merchandising directives and prototype reviews.Key Working Relationships : Graphic DesignersSenior project managersBrand, Wholesale, Copy, Marketing and Packaging teamsRequired Skills & Experience : 7 years of corporate visual merchandising experience (preferably in beauty and / open sell environments)Mandatory proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically In-Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator)Fluent with Microsoft OfficeHighly organized, process-oriented, and exemplary time-management skills.Strong comfort level with written and verbal communication skills at all levels of management.Positive, constructive, self-aware, and able to give and receive feedback.Able to physically set up product and visual merchandising displays.Travel Requirements : TBD travel for channel conferenceTBD travel for new fixture prototype reviewPhysical Requirements : Must be able to perform essential functions (with or without an accommodation) without posing a "direct threat" to the health and safety of self or others.The Company reserves the right to alter, change, abolish, and even combine jobs depending upon changing conditions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
