What are the responsibilities and job description for the Onsite Project Coordinator position at FORMA Construction Company?
For almost 40 years, FORMA Construction Company has been serving public agencies and private businesses across Western Washington. To expand our passion for working in local communities, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to supplement our Stevens Middle School project team, as the Onsite Project Coordinator. The primary function of the Onsite Project Coordinator is to provide administrative support to the onsite project team.
Primary Responsibilities
· Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
· Customer/visitor receiving, service, and restriction.
· Perform miscellaneous errands as requested by the project team.
· Assist the project team with all administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, updating logs and spreadsheets, project filing, and creating binders.
· Participate in the job-specific safety plan tracking and O&M documentation preparation.
· Monitor copy machine(s) and fill with paper as needed.
· Open, distribute, and prepare outgoing USPS, UPS, and Federal Express.
· Maintain adequate office supplies including ordering and inventory.
· Maintain the common areas and kitchen, ensuring cleanliness, beverages are available, and supplies are kept week stocked.

The compensation range for this position is $22-25 an hour.
This position is in-person at the worksite, full time, Monday-Friday.
Must be authorized to work in the US and provide required supporting documentation.
