Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Corporate Office-Pennsauken, NJ (onsite)
Reports to: Director of Finance

Job Function:
Reports to the Director of Finance. Responsible for the Monthly General Ledger Account Reconciliations, Journal Entries and postings related to the Financial Closing. Handles the Weekly Cash Forecast and distribution to external parties. Analyze financial data, assist with audits, assist in the maintenance of financial records tax return preparation and filing.
Responsibilities:
- Monthly reconciliation of all cash accounts
- Monthly General Ledger account reconciliation including prepaids, receivables, fixed assets, liabilities and accruals
- Preparing and posting of journal entries
- Prepare monthly Sales Tax payments and Reporting
- Assist in preparing documentation for external auditors
- Develop understanding of the Island Pacific ERP System
- Special Projects as needed
Qualifications:
- BS in Accounting
- 3-5 years-experience in accounting
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong and literate in Excel
- Ability to Multi-Task, communicate and partner within the organization
Salary : $60 - $75
