Forman School seeks a part-time weekend nights, Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our students, employees, visitors, and property. This role requires high alertness, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly and effectively to any security threats or emergencies. As a Security Guard, you will be expected to patrol the premises, monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings and access points, and control access to the facility. You will also be responsible for writing reports on daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team with high integrity and professionalism. You will be required to interact with diverse people, including students, employees, visitors, and law enforcement officers. You must be able to handle potentially stressful situations with a calm demeanor and authority. This position may require working in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Past or current experience in law enforcement is preferred.
